The past week has placed me in a near constant flow of things to do. So for simplicity sake, I will let my photographs do the talking. There is so much I would like to say, but I'm showing so many photographs already... Hope you have a fast connection... I will provide this short summary: I arrived safely in Korea. It is cold, but not snowing, except for a little sprinkling yesterday. I'm getting around ok. I'm studying the language. Orientation at times seems like one long blurry lecture. I've made a few friends. I'm eating plenty. I hope and pray I will make it through a year alright. And that's the way it is.

Here I go.

December 12, 2008
To be honest, I never did lose my access to the Internet. Although it seems the result was the same. Once again it seems I've neglected my little site here. But I felt it was imperative that I make another announcement on here.
I'll be leaving to South Korea. To teach English. In 11 days. For a whole year.
I know this is sudden. And no, I don't speak Korean. But I can count up to 99. And I'm watching Korean television programs to acclimate my ears to the language. Hopefully, I will be more diligent in updating this site while I'm over there. I want to record my experiences, and of course draw plenty.
And as always, keep the faith.
